Tomorrow's Momversation is about a hotly debated topic these days: the sexualization of our tween girls. At younger and younger ages, little girls are wanting to look "sexy." But what can sexy mean to an 8-year-old anyway? Here are 9 clothing items to avoid if you want your tween to look age appropriate (a.k.a., a little common sense your way):

Luckily, they don't really make extremely high heels for little girls (just babies), but a lot of tweens are already in adult sizes. With idolized stars like Miley Cyrus wearing super-sexy shoes, little girls are sure to want to emulate. A sprained ankle later, and you'll wish you stuck to flats.

Fleece pants? How are those sexy? It's not the pants; it's the marketing. Apparently, Abercrombie needed a way to sexualize the least sexually explicit clothing in fashion history by calling them "Cute Butt" pants. Just Say No to these techniques, and buy your kids' pants somewhere that respects children.

These aren't sexy (unless you are wearing them with a short-cropped shirt), but they sure are ugly. Please don't subject your poor kids to Ed Hardy gear. Remember, it's Jon-Gosselin-approved. And if that doesn't steer you away from Christian Audigier...

Another offender from Abercrombie Kids. This top doesn't look like a tank; it looks like lingerie. Have we convinced you that this store is just plain gross?

Can it be a "push up" bra if there's nothing to push up?

These little skirts can be cute if paired with leggings. Without leggings, and they're downright criminal.

Why don't we just call them butt-crack jeans and throw out the euphemism already? Should a tween really have her bum on display for every perv in the neighborhood?

A little girl shouldn't have to worry about "visible pany lines."

Who comes up with these, Gary Glitter?
