We can't get enough of stories about spunky kids! Two youngsters, 9-year-old Jabari and 11-year-old Faith delivered their youngest brother when their mother Angela Sanders went into labor in their home.
Talk about an I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant moment. Sanders initially she was experiencing a bowel movement and ultimately delivered the baby in the bathroom.
"I never thought that something like this could happen," said Faith, 11, a fifth-grader at Brier Elementary in Fremont. "Usually, nothing happens every day. It's the same-old, same-old. But this time something new and exciting happened."
Jabari, 9, thought the birth was interesting for different reasons.
"I thought it was kind of cool and weird because he was born in a bathroom," said Jabari, a third-grader.
Both mom and 9 pounds, 4 ounces Joseph were transported to the hospital are are doing well.
Congrats, super kids!
