We make very strict choices while grocery shopping and pay the price in our family. We buy 95% organic and I can fully say none of the products we bring home contain MSG or any of the it's close friends. I read and know every ingredient my family eats...okay maybe I go too far but take it in baby steps. We are willing to cut back on other household expenses to allow the extra spending at the store. I believe that my food is more important than my cable tv, or that new hand bag. I think #1 in this article sums it up pretty well: http://www.oprah.com/article/omagazine/200809_omag_organic_tips
