What does a "mom" look like?  Does she wear "mom jeans?"  Does she wear a dress and an apron?  Or does she have tattoos and piercings?  Giyen, Rebecca, Daphne, and Asha discuss the mom identity in tomorrow's Momversation.  Comment, and it might show up in tomorrow's episode!

I think I look like a mom. My clothes are pre baby. I wear "mom jeans" and nothing hip or trendy. My hair is always pulled up in a ponytail or a bun. No makeup... I have this strong feeling that I am turning into my mother and I have no clue how to stop it!

Maybe I'm kidding myself, but I don't think I look like a mom. In fact, I often wonder if people think I'm the babysitter. Not because of my fresh, youthful glow, but rather because I still dress like I'm in college and I rarely wear makeup or jewelry. The women who look like "real" moms to me wear good shoes and know how to accessorize. Plus, they may actually own irons and know how to use them.

I don't know if I look like a Mom or not. I have short, spiky hair during at least half the year, and a week and a half ago, I had it bleached from my normal brown to a striking yellow. I have two tattoos, but you can't see one unless I am wearing a bathing suit (left hip) or the other unless I am going sleeveless (right shoulder/back). I don't wear makeup or dresses. Ever. My favorite clothes are jeans or this really loose-fitting pair of camouflage shorts, with a t-shirt or tank top and a hoody if it's cold out. I used to wear sneakers or walking shoes all the time. Now my full-time shoes, even at work, are the Keen walkers I got for free with my REI dividend. I NEVER wear any shoe with a rise to it. This is how I dressed before I had my son as well. I got one of the tattoos and the dye job after my son. Does this mean I do look like a Mom or I don't?
