There are some things a man can say that will leave a positive, lasting impression on a lady during "the act:"  "You're so beautiful."  "I love you."  "You are awesome."

Then there are some things a guy can say that will stop everything in their tracks.  Here are 8:

8. Oooh, your stomach reminds me of Play-Doh.  Squish!  Squish!

Alcohol can have many health benefits.  Take red wine; it's loaded with anti-oxidants (just check out those healthy French men, ooh, la la!).  But if you find yourself kicking back with a bottle or a brew a bit too often, it might be time to cut back on your al-kee-hol consumption.  After all, alcohol can cause weight gain, liver problems, dependency, memory lapses, and if you've ever had a bad hangover... eesh.  Here are some tips on decreasing your intake of alcoholic beverages...

Throughout the month, Momversation will be giving you tips on how to break all those little habits that are unhealthy or just unattracive.  It's a new year, and it's a new you!  To start you off right, here are some general tips to help you keep those resolutions!

1.  Turn your "resolution" into a "habit."  They say it takes 3 weeks for something to become a habit (who are they, anyway?).  Wouldn't it be geat if you could turn eating healthfully into something as automatic as brushing your teeth?  Strive to perform your resolution daily for those 3 to 4 weeks, and you might find that eating well, stopping smoking, etc. continually becomes easier...
