Heather was named in Forbes' "The Web Celeb 25" in 2009, and has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, the Washington Post, USA Today, Forbes and Business Week amongst others. Heather has appeared on ABC News Nightline, NPR, PBS, ABC World News Tonight, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and The Today Show. dooce.com is one of the most widely read personal sites on the internet and has a passionately loyal following. Heather was raised in a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee and now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband, Jon, their four-year-old daughter, Leta Elise, and their dogs, Chuck and Coco.
