Transfer all the fruit, except orange slices, to a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Place the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl. Stir l until the concentrate is dissolved and the ingredients are mixed well.
Add the frozen fruit for garnish and to keep the punch cold, as well as orange slices. Serve immediately.
