This cool and refreshing cocktail is inspired by Best Picture nominee "Midnight in Paris". Woody Allen brought the sights and sounds of 1920's Paris to life in this darling film, and now we're giving you a taste of it! Try serving this easy-to-make cocktail at your Oscars party. Cheers!

Makes 1 cocktail
1/4 cup hothouse cucumber, thinly sliced
4 mint leaves
1 lime wedge
2 ounces absinthe
4 ounces club soda
ice
Place cucumber, mint leave and lime wedge in a glass and muddle together. Set aside.
Pour ice and absinthe into a martini shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
Place a few ice cubes into the glass with the muddled items and add chilled absinthe.
Drop in sugar cube and top with club soda. Gently stir and serve.
