This scrumptious recipe from Bob Guiney takes your basic asparagus to a whole new level of delicious!! These aren't your mom's boiled asparagus...they're grilled, crunchy and smothered in parmesan! The perfect summer side dish.

• 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
• salt to taste
Wash and trim asparagus and place in a Ziploc bag
Pour olive oil and parmesan in the bag and massage all over the asparagus
Place on a hot grill for a couple minutes until they are brown and crispy
