For the Mix:
1-14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
4 c tomato juice
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 chipotle en adobo, minced
¼ c Worcestershire
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Tobasco
1 tbsp Tapatio
1 tbsp pepperoncini juice
½ bottle malty beer, such as a dark lager
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp celery salt
1 bottle vodka
In a pitcher, mix together all the Bloody Mary mix ingredients. Drink the other half of the beer that is leftover.
Fill a glass with ice. Add 2 oz. (shot) of vodka and top with the Bloody Mary mix. Stir or shake well.
Garnish with all your favorite accoutrements, such as pickles, celery, lemon, cubed cheese, salami, boiled shrimp, etc. I've been known to quarter a roast beef sandwich, skewer it and stuff it in the bloody. Get crazy kids!
