Beth Le Manach ( http://www.youtube.com/KinCommunity ): The idea for this dish began with a humble jar of fig jam. I added a few culinary complements and voila! A crowd-pleasing appetizer was born. It's so simple and elegant that you'll make this your go-to entertaining dish!
1 wedge of 'runny' brie
1 jar fig jam
1 bag of spicy pecans
raisin walnut bread
Slice bread into 1/4 " (6 mm) slices
Top each piece of bread with a slice of brie, jam and one pecan
Create a few for guests and set on the platter. Leave rest of the ingredients out for guests to "self serve"
