We can all agree that hummus is a delicious dip that's perfect for entertaining or a mid-day snack, but have you tried making it at home? If you haven't, start now! It's easy to prepare and it's more delicious when it's homemade!

2 15 oz cans of garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup of the liquid reserved
juice of 2 lemon
2 tablespoons tahini
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Drain garbanzo beans and reserve liquid from can.
Combine drained garbanzo beans and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Add reserved liquid. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Top with fresh parsley and serve with pita bread or raw veggies.
