Yes, it's easy to pick up whipped cream at the store...but this is seriously one of the fastest things you could ever make from scratch and the fresh kind is really SO much better! It's only 3 simple ingredients and you will LOVE the delicious, creamy results. It's great on it's own...or you could use it to top a chocolate Kahlua ice cream sundae - heaven in a bowl!

1 cup Heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Mix ingredients together until peaks form. Do not over whip!
Kahlua Chocolate Sundaes
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup chocolate sauce
2 shots kahlua
½ cup slivered salty almonds
1 banana
Whipped cream
To assemble the the sundaes:
Place chocolate sauce and Kahlua in a sauce pan and stir until hot. Do not let it boil.
Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a martini glass - cover with chocolate sauce, homemade whipped cream, slivered almonds and sliced bananas. Enjoy!
