Ingredients
Makes 4
8 Pepperidge Farm Chocolate Chunk Cookies
1 pint of vanilla ice cream
½ cup of mini-chocolate chips
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
½ cup crushed heath bars
Directions
Take ice cream out of the freezer about 10 minutes before making sandwiches
Scoop onto one cookie and press down with other cookie to form sandwich
Roll in topping
Repeat until all sandwiches are made and refreeze in an air-tight container
