This lazy dinner idea from Dana Joy Altman is such a winner. Just roll up some rotisserie chicken and veggies in a pita, slather on some lemon tahini sauce (the magic ingredient) and enjoy! We don't know about you, but we're sold!

Rotisserie Chicken - from your local grocery store
Fresh Pita bread
Radishes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, red onion slices, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes from your neighborhood salad bar
Recipe: Homemade Lemon Tahini Dressing (which can be stored in the fridge and has multiple uses as a dip or dressing.)
Ingredients for dressing:
1 garlic clove, smashed
¼ cup (60 g) tahini
Zest of one lemon
¼ cup (60 mL) fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons (30 mL) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 mL) hot water
½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) fine grain sea salt
Blend in food processor or blender until smooth add more hot water if needed to desired consistency. Let sit for ten minutes for flavors to meld.
How To Eat:
Tear chicken off carcass and assemble on plate
Assemble vegetables, pita and dressing and have everyone assemble their own wrap.
Have lemon wedges and hot sauce on hand for additional flavor.
