Teens aren't just playing with apps, a growing number of them are now creating them too. Apple is encouraging the trend by opening up their developer conference to kids as young as 13. The company provided scholarships to 150 teens to cover the event's $1,599 entrance fee, arranged a student lounge with beanbag chairs and Skittles, and invited their parents to chaperone.
