Subscriber Samantha from Alaska ( http://www.youtube.com/dianau333 ) shares a great recipe that's perfect for parties. Forget your standard ho-hum artichoke dip and follow Samantha's lead. Add fresh crab and spice it up with a little sriracha! Now, that's a touchdown!

8 oz (230 g) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
3 tablespoons (45 mL) mayo
1 tablespoon (15 mL) sriracha
1 small meyer lemon, zest and juice
1/4 pound (115 g) fresh crab meat
1 cup (140 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup (60 g) romano cheese, finely grated
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo; beat on low speed in a mixer until very smooth, about 10 minutes.
Add the sriracha sauce, lemon zest and juice, beat until mixed, about 3 minutes.
Add the crab, artichoke hearts and cheese, gently mix for about 1 minute until just combined.
Put into an oven safe dish and bake until bubbly, about 10 -- 15 minutes, depending on the depth of your dish.
